How do I place an order?
Log on to our website, www.poleyardflag.com and select Shop All or select Flags or Poles & Hanger. Select the item you would like to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart and checkout. You will be emailed a receipt. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Payment and Shipping
Pole Yard Flag currently accepts payment by credit and debit cards. accepted Credit Cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted on the pole and hanger if found to be defective (or quality issue). Flags are returnable only if defective (wind or adverse weather damage is not a product defect). Returns must be made within 30 days of the date received to receive a refund.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling when returning items. Merchandise which has been determined defective will be replaced with a like item if within the 30-day return policy period.
